QEHS Management System
Our fresh and innovative integrated online Quality Environment Health and Safety (QEHS) Management System has received full certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001 (Quality), AS/NZS ISO 14001 (Environment) and AS/NZS ISO 4801 (OHS).
The system is an online portal that can only be accessed via a username and password. It is accessible by all Bayton managers and supervisors through their iPads and PC’s with a QEHS Manual located on all Bayton managed sites.

i-BaytonLive is a web based system tailor made to the individual needs of our clients and serves as a monitoring and reporting tool for our clients, supervisors and managers who have a secure login to access their own account.
Bayton have the ability to upload and email KPI Inspection Reports via an iPad, giving the client instant access to reports once the inspection is complete. These reports stay open until any issues arising from the inspection are rectified, at which time the report is closed.
Utilising the filter feature on the system Bayton Managers can compile reports per site, per manager or even state and are able to export to CSV dates, times and KPI’s.
All historical data remains available to the client for reference at any time.
Via the Master Login feature our clients can have visibility of their entire portfolio. They can view any documents relevant to the contract ensuring access to correspondence, emails and any other detail they wish to include on their site.
i-BaytonLive also has the capability for the Bayton team to report on any operational issues within the site such as maintenance service requirements. Being managed via an iPad also provides the ability to upload photos.
