Bayton Are Back!
Bayton go from silence to strength focusing on innovation and culture to secure sales.
Sydney, NSW, November 20th 2017: Once upon a time the name Bayton was synonymous with cleaning but many people have been asking where Bayon have been for the past few years. This year however Bayton has returned back on the scene with a bang.
The silent achievers have been working tirelessly to re-define the culture and innovate with the use of technology. In the past 18 months the team at Bayton has launched over 15 projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve QEHS and re-define the culture of the company.
Bayton has also been closing in on the health and aged care sectors securing landmark deals with clients such as Uniting, Australian Nursing foundation Limited and Benatas.
So silent it was no more. The loud cheers could be heard from the team at this year’s AustralianSuper BSCAA Excellence awards, as Bayton won 5 awards across NSW and QLD. BSCAA is Australia’s peak industry representative body for the building services industry which includes cleaning and the awards being most notable.
Bayton proudly won; Individual cleaner – commercial site NSW, individual cleaner – health and aged care NSW, individual cleaner – QLD, leading hand / supervisor award – health and aged care NSW, Operations Manager QLD, and were finalists in two other categories.
